For those who like working with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age children, there are a variety of settings from care in one's home as a certified family child care provider; to working in early childhood education centers that are school-based, corporate-based, or community-based; or in school age programs such as Before and After School, SummerCare, and Interim Care that are located on-site at Northern Kentucky schools. Programs operate in Boone, Campbell, Kenton, and Grant Counties.

• Individuals are encouraged to apply to be a certified family child care provider. Providers offer child care from their home while earning an income and being with their own children. Family Child Care Providers are independently employed and maintain a close affiliation and work relationship with Children, Inc. Consultation; networking opportunities with other providers; training and regularly scheduled educational meetings; and a host of other support services are offered by Children, Inc. to Family Child Care providers.
