Registration for our programs can be completed online or by downloading the form below and submitting the completed forms.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

We offer online registration for the Before and After School Programs as well as the Extended Educational Care (EEC) programs. Please note however that if you are registering online, you MUST register at least two business days before the start date.
