Special Events Subcommittee
The Board of Directors meets six times annually to carry out the purpose and mission of Children, Inc. They determine and periodically review Board policies which guide the work of the corporation. The Board reviews and authorizes the Children, Inc. annual budget. They participate in the development of and monitor the progress of the annual strategic plan which addresses the needs of the children and families it serves. The Board employs the Executive Director and conducts an annual performance evaluation. The Board selects and trains additional Board members as needed.
