Children, Inc. is partnering with Newport schools to offer a full day preschool program with optional extended care to help prepare children to succeed in school.

• For children age 3 who live in Newport and 4 year olds who are enrolled in Newport School’s half day preschool
• Conveniently located on Newport Middle School’s campus at 30 W. 8th St. in Newport
• Most families qualify for tuition assistance programs and attend the Extended Learning Center free or at minimal cost
• Children, Inc. Newport Preschool Center is a high quality preschool program that operates opposite the regular preschool program and allows preschoolers to remain in school for a full day.
• In addition to the other half of the school day, Newport Preschool Center is open from 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday for those children whose parents are working and need care before and after school.
• The Newport Preschool Center is available to working parents during school breaks and summer.
   

This program gives preschoolers the opportunity to:

• Review lessons from their regular classroom.
• Master the skills they will need to excel in elementary school.
