Citigroup and NKU Provide Resources and Support to Children, Inc. Brain Train
Citigroup awarded Children, Inc. a $23,000 grant to fund a Graduate Assistantship starting in the fall of 2005.  Northern Kentucky University has matched the award with a second Graduate Assistant to also work on the Children, Inc. “Brain Train” program.

Tom Lottman, Children, Inc. Deputy Executive Director, will train both Graduate Assistants, and provide them with materials to present early brain development findings to every high school senior English class in Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties. These grants enable people, many of whom will someday be parents, to hear and learn what brain research shows about parenting, as well as learn about their own brains.
