Care of the school age child (ages 5-12) requires specific knowledge and skills sets. In response to that need, Children, Inc.'s School Age Services Program offers special ongoing training for its staff.

In addition, CPR and First Aid workshops are offered periodically to ensure all staff are certified and prepared to maintain the health and safety of the children. Workshops are open to employees of Children, Inc. who work in Before or After School, Interim Care, or Summer Care programs.
